FAQ

Purchasing Instructions:

• Simply click on the shopping cart. For our Birthday Lore Letters and Royal Decrees, in the "Add Special Instructions to Seller" box, please list gender, full name, nick name (if different), and birth date. 

Will the letter come to me or be addressed to the recipient?

• Letters are addressed to the recipient, unless they are a set, or you state otherwise in the "Add Special Instructions to Seller Box." **Sets are shipped to the person responsible for seeing that the recipient receives one each day.  

Prices 

• Individual letters are $15.00, except for the Birthday Lore Letters, which take a great deal of time. So they are $50.

Sets of Kwanzaa letters 

• $70.00 (One for each of the seven days of Kwanzaa)

Sets of Hanukkah letters 

• $80.00 (One for each of the eight days of Hanukkah)

Can you purchase any of the letters in the Sets individually?

• Yes. Individual letters are $15.00.

Manner of Payment

• PayPal or Cards

How will they know it's from me?

• In the "Gift Option" box on the check-out page state your name, for example, "Grandma Wells", or whatever the recipient calls you.

I'm purchasing more then one letter, and they go to different addresses. How do I handle this?

• At this time, you must make separate purchases for each address. 

Will I receive a confirmation email? 

• Yes. 

Do you use recycled paper? 

• Not just recycled paper, but 100% Post Consumer Waste (PCW) Recycled Paper from EcoPaper. Their paper comes from the slash piles of banana, coffee, mango, tobacco, and lemon harvests. Right now I'm using the banana paper. It's awful pretty--light tan with specks of brown.

How do the Hanukkah and Kwanzaa sets work?

• Sets are shipped to the person responsible for seeing that the recipient receives a letter each day. The individual letters in the set will arrive in a manila envelope ready to hand out-one each day. Recipient and person "delivering" the letter goes in the "Add Special Instructions to Seller" box.

What if the letter is late or I am not satisfied?

• All letters are 100% guaranteed. 100%.
